Sorry posts have been so irregular the last few months but real life always has a way of intruding, even on the things that are most important to us. I've been dealing with some frustrating health issues and so has Jimmie. The combination has made things hard, especially when it comes to restaurant visits and new recipes. My diet has been reduced to mainly simple proteins (meat without even onion and garlic for flavor enhancement) and rice or potatoes. Not a lot of room left for creativity there. Now that spring is here and things are starting to calm down I'll be getting back into the swing of life and hopefully Jimmie will find time to add his $.02 as well.
